To Trinity UCW
I want to thank the UCW women for their generous gift to our housing development that is in the planning stages. When I shared the news with our Board members, words like Amazing, Wonderful, Thoughtful, Beautiful were used…but the number one word used was of Gratitude. We know how much work goes into fundraising and we really appreciate your gift.
We are hoping to have re-zoning of the land we own on Duke Street completed by spring 2023. Then we will be moving into the site planning and budget planning. Ideally, we would like to have a shovel in the ground in the spring of 2024 with occupancy in the spring of 2025.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, I want to say Thank you. Every dollar counts. We want to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and a Safe and Healthy 2023!
Sincerely, Steve Oliver, Pres.
Market Square Non-Profit Housing Corp.
The 2023 offering envelopes are in the front hall at the church, ready for pick up. If you have any problems, please contact Kim Draper 416-346-602 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Please recycle any unused 2022 or later envelopes.
ALSO PLEASE NOTE:
The screen on my laptop has ceased to work and I will require some time to fix or replace it. Therefore, please be patient with me until I can print out the 2022 Tax Receipts.
Faithfully, Kim Draper
