Use of Sanctuary requires automatic Custodian fee $100.

Payments for Facility Use are commonly due 2 weeks prior to the event.

Proof of insurance is required for outside church events use of the Facility.

There is no alcohol allowed in Trinity United Church building/property.

Rent of sanctuary usage includes leaving all items in the same location and condition as when you entered (especially seating arrangement). 

Sound equipment etc. can only be used by church trained personal.

All church uses are subject to approval of the Church Council if used on a regular basis.
