All functions in the church such as Committee and Council Meetings, must be booked ahead of date with the Office Administrator. It is imperative to book your rooms ahead of time because Covid protocols need be observed and numbers must be kept. We are only allowed 25 people at one time in the entire building during the week except for church services.

The following Motions will be by show of hands
1. MOTION: ‘To allow Adherents to vote on temporal matters’
2. MOTION: ‘To allow children over 12 to vote on temporal matters’
The following Motions will be by secret ballots
1. MOTION: ‘To approve Trinity United Church – Bobcaygeon’s Mission Statement as presented by Council’
2. MOTION: ‘To become a member of Affirm United with an annual membership fee of $100.00/year

Trinity Is Open and are looking for volunteers!
We were so thrilled to have had our first Service in the Sanctuary on Sunday; September 19th and it was an exciting time! Please continue to follow Covid 19 Protocols carefully as we work together to keep everyone safe. We still need 6 volunteers each Sunday while we are following Covid procedures. Connie will be outside after church if anyone wishes to sign up or please contact her at 705-738-2863.

News from the Knitting Group
The Knitting Group has returned to Trinity! New members are welcome as projects are created for shut-ins and various people in need. The Knitting Group will meet every second Tuesday and the dates will be posted under “Special Activities This Week at Trinity”. Covid Protocols must be followed (signing the contact sheet upon entry, hand sanitizing, wearing masks and maintaining proper social distance). Memorial Service for Betty Bentley
As we let you know in the bulletin dated May 9, 2021 (Mother’s Day), that Betty Bentley had passed away on April 28th. Ed and the family are now holding a memorial service for Betty on Oct. 9th at 2:00 p.m. at Maranatha Church located at 100 College St. W. in Belleville. The Rev. Dr. David McMaster will be officiating. ALL COVID PROTOCOLS WILL APPLY. You can pre-register by emailing: revedbentley@gmail.com with your name and phone number.
