Ruth Maitland
Ruth’s visitation and funeral took place on Tuesday, August 29th at Henderson Funeral Home here in Bobcaygeon. Let us keep the Maitland Family in your prayers at the sudden passing of Ruth.
Ruth Schultz – “Celebration of Life”
Ruth passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2023 and a “Celebration of Life” will be taking place here at Trinity United Church on Saturday, September 23rd at 2:00 p.m., with a reception to follow.
Are you a Knitter or Crocheter?
We need people to knit or crochet mitten, scarves, hats for our Mitten Tree. The items are distributed to our community here in Bobcagyeon and Lindsay to places like our public schools, Curve Lake, Boys & Girls Club, Ross Memorial Hospital, A Place Called Home etc. before Christmas.

Ribbon Cutting & Beautiful Art Sale Fundraiser
This Sunday Sept. 3rd we are having a celebration of our new front doors. The ribbon cutting will be at 11:30 am, followed by refreshments in Trinity Hall where some of my paintings will be up for sale.
All proceeds will go to the church to help pay for the doors. What you pay is up to you, but I am suggesting a $25 minimum.

News from the Knitting Group
The Knitting Group meet every second Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 6th at the home of Karin Kinsman. We knit Prayer Shawls adults and children who need comfort, peace, and love as they go through personal loss, sickness, and grief. Terry Fox Run for Cancer Research
When: Sunday, September 17th, 2023
What: “He Never Gave Up And Neither Will We” – All runs are non- competitive, all inclusive, family-oriented activities where participants can run, walk, ride or wheel. A BBQ will also take place.

Healing Pathway
