A GREAT BIG THANK-YOU TO…

Everyone who helped at the Refugee Benefit concert donating to the silent auction, helping to set-up and clean-up, helping to provide cookies and squares for our refreshments. Special thanks to Line Pinard for organizing the event and to “Vintages” for providing wonderful music. Thank-you also to all who attended. The evening was a great success thanks to your support!

A HUGE THANK-YOU!...

to Olive and Rick Macoomb for organizing and picking-up supplies so these wonderful volunteer ladies could once again make these delicious meat pies on Thursday, October 30^th for our Bazaar, taking place on Sat. Prayer Request and Pastoral Care

If you have a prayer request, please call the church office at (705)738-5135 and we will pass your request through to our active Prayer Circle which meet every Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. in the Sanctuary for prayer and our Pastoral Care Team.

Heartbeats United - Spiritual Hand Drumming

As we drum, we join in one heart, in one heartbeat, To God's heartbeat. We lay our hands upon the drum just as we lay our pure trust in God's palm. All are Welcome Anytime you wish. Drums provided. Mondays at 2:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary.

Uke Troupe …

will be meeting on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary from now on.

Calling all Choir members and those who love to sing…

Choir has started up again and practices will be on Thursdays, at 1:00 p.m. You are all invited to come out and join in!

ATTENTION CHAT GROUP!

Our "CHAT" group is now meeting the 2nd Tuesday of each month. The next meeting will be on December 9^th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Room.   Come and join the conversation.

Bobcaygeon UCW change in time

The new time for meeting will be from 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., starting November 20^th so that the choir members can attend.

“Blessings from the Kitchen”

Our Trinity and Providence Cookbook Team is thrilled to announce that copies of our cookbook, “Blessings from the Kitchen”, have arrived. The official launch of the cookbook will take place on Sunday, November 9 th, following the Sunday Service. Join us in Trinity Hall to celebrate and sample some treats! Cookbooks will be on sale that day for $20.00 each. The cookbooks will also be for sale at the Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, November 22^nd. We invite people, who submitted recipes, to prepare an item and contribute to our Cookbook Launch event. ECORC’s Indigenous Justice and Respectful

Relationship Forum…

invites you to join us on Tuesday, November 4th, via zoom from 7:00 to 8:30 pm. During this information session, Sharon Woodrow from Cannington United Church will share how hosting the witness blanket changed them, and in part, encourage others to visit the blanket in Napanee where The Museum of Lennox and Addington is hosting this special exhibit until December 13th. We will also discuss what to know about attending a drum social or pow wow as well. Please visit ECORC’s website to register! SOLES 4 SOULS FOOTWEAR COLLECTION"

The Soles 4 Souls collection box is still in the Narthex; TUC's donations stand at 276 and the Project's overall total stands at 483 and getting closer to 500! We have more shoes to add to the total, from TUC and VP, which we'll add to the totals after we have checked them in at BioPed in Lindsay.  More are always welcome, and if you have lots and would like them picked up instead, just call David Savournin at 705-738-1892 to make arrangements. The Global Leadership Summit

‘After Words’ … a Bereavement Support Program

in Bobcaygeon is offered by Kawartha Lakes Hospice. The group meets every first and third Tuesday in the month from 2:00 – 3:.00 p.m. at Trinity United Church, Bobcaygeon in the Fellowship Room. Please call Janice Craig, Hospice Bereavement Co-ordinator at 705-324-7323 x 553 for more information.

 The Boyd Museum presents a Gallery of Gifts

Taking place on Sat. November 8^th from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Boyd Museum located at 21 Canal St., Bobcaygeon. Come and support local artisans and crafters.  They need vendors and be contacted at (705)738-9482. (See bulletin board in the hall for more information.)

Bobcaygeon Diners Club – Come have lunch with us!

At Trinity United Church on the second Thursday of each month and the next one will be on Thursday, November 13^th. The price is only $13.00 but you must register in advance by calling at (705)324-7323 ext. 654 or visit ccckl.ca to reserve your seat by Friday noon the week before. Put on by Community Care, City of Kawartha Lakes.

Bobcaygeon’s Mingle & Jingle at the Boyd Museum

Sheila’s Little Book Shoppe will be open for business from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Saturday, November 15^th. Located at 21 Canal St., Bobcaygeon. (See bulletin board for more information.)
