All functions such as Committee and Council Meetings may be done by Zoom, as the church is closed due to the recent lockdown.
Please Remember in your Prayers Those at home, in nursing homes and in hospital who are facing illness, bereavement and other life challenges. If you need prayer or would like to be part of a prayer group, please contact the Prayer Circle in confidence at (705)738-5135 (church office). "FILL THE TRUCK" FOOD DRIVE”
Trentside Church is holding this event on Saturday, March 27 at 25 King Street West. As last year, this event is sponsored by the Bobcaygeon Helps Food Bank. Items needed include: canned fruits and vegetables, cereal, toiletries and instant coffee. Each person making a donation will be offered a free fill-up of windshield washer.

New Stewardship Program:
Called to Be the Church: The Journey
There is a new stewardship program is we need people for, please read the following attachment. There is no cost to you or the church to enroll. Following is the information:
To support the mission of your community of faith, as you dive into the vital work of stewardship, we are excited to announce the newest, most comprehensive approach to stewardship training: Called to Be the Church: The Journey; a series of tailored and topical modules with coaching and ongoing support to meet your stewardship needs. Called to Be the Church: The Journey module 1 is set to launch in your region in Early May! Module 1: Stewardship Best Practices consists of four 2-hour online sessions to dive into these vital best practices:
Claim Your Mission –it is really why people give to you
Cultivate Generosity –practical ways to increase giving
Create A Culture of Gratitude –saying thank-you is critical
Stewardship Is Discipleship –integrating stewardship in your spiritual growth programming
Module 1 also includes a Stewardship Analysis report, customized with your community of faith’s giving and stewardship data. Along with ongoing coaching and support after the four classes, the recommendations in the report will help you set solid, achievable, stewardship next steps. Sound interesting?? With the continuance of COVID-19 protocols, eagerly awaiting vaccine shots and the reopening of Bobcaygeon’s Trinity/Providence United Church, the church’s expenses go on. The church accepts cash or cheques payable to ‘Trinity United Church’ and e-transfers as follows:
Procedure For E-Transfer
1. Senders must sign-in to their bank account.

3. The recipient is Trinity United Church.
