Miskodeh Centre for Indigenous knowledge…
is a gathering space for land-based learning that is open to everyone, in the heart of downtown Bobcaygeon. There will be an event on the Boyd property (down the street from Trinity) on Saturday, June 17 at 11:00 a.m. All are welcome!
Still needed are 500 ml Mason Jars…
for the upcoming chili sauce making which is scheduled for Thursday, August 31st and Tuesday, September 5th. Thanks to everyone who have donated jars so far. I have 100 jars and still require another 80 jars. Please put them in the Church kitchen and I will periodically pick them up. Many thanks. Olive Macoomb
Group at Trinity
I would like to start a ukulele group at Trinity. It is an easy instrument to learn and I guarantee that after one lesson you will be able to play a couple of songs, and we will build from there. The ukulele is an
instrument that is recommended for seniors wanting to learn an instrument, even without being able read music! They are relatively cheap to buy…. from $99. Of course, you can always pay more! You would also want a tuner which costs about $20. For more information, call Sue Pepper @ 705-738-9633 or email me at suejpepper@yahoo.ca.
Ukulele Practise
Ukulele practise started on Monday, June 12th in the Sanctuary at 6:30 p.m. The next practise date then will be taking place on Monday, July 3rd, at 6:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary.
Did you know …
that both nursing homes (Case Manor & Pinecrest) are much more accessible these days! You no longer need to set-up appointments, but you will still need to wear a mask while inside. I’m sure the residence would enjoy a visit!
Healing Pathway
