An Exciting Message from Our Minister - Rev. Dr. Bob Root
Greetings, friends and Happy New Year! I am writing to tell you that on Sunday, September 20, 2026, Trinity United Church will be hosting the Moderator of The United Church of Canada, the Rt. Rev. You are most sincerely invited to join us for worship that day at 10.30 a.m. and for lunch afterwards. Details will follow closer to the time, but we wanted to get this into your 2026 calendars early in the year.
Please feel welcome to be in touch if you have any questions and know that a welcome awaits you at Trinity.
Bob Root on behalf of Trinity Church, bobroot1949@gmail.com

Bobcaygeon UCW Report – November 2025
Our road trip to Cannington on October 16th to see the Witness Blanket was truly an experience to remember. The church had many helpful volunteers guiding visitors through the display. Everything was well organized and thoughtfully arranged to allow plenty of space and time to appreciate the complexity and depth of the exhibit. Each person was able to take it in at their own pace — a meaningful and reflective experience for all.
Upcoming Events:
January 15th, 2026 @ 2:30–4:00 p.m. – Celebrating the New Year!
Coffee Volunteers
I appreciate everyone’s willingness to make Coffee after the Sunday Service. We still need volunteers for April 5th, 19th and for the month of November. Thank-you, Carol Wells-Gordon
A message for all Committee Chairpersons
It is “that time of the month” again come January, therefore, please submit your Annual Report for our Annual General Meeting, ECOR, and the United Church head office will need those reports as well.
Thank-you, Sue Zilke Ward

More are always welcome, and if you have lots and would like them picked up instead, just call David Savournin at 705-738-1892 to make arrangements. More information about this initiative can be found at https://soles4soulscanada.org/.
